Forget stadium box seats. The ultimate company perk for people like me who dream of bounding down snow-covered slopes is a Colorado Ski Country USA Gold Pass membership.

The membership will set you – or, preferably, your boss – back $4,600 for the 2024-25 season.
A CSCUSA Gold Pass membership costs $4,600, but it’s transferrable, so when you’re not using it you can hand it to someone else.
The pass has no blackout dates and is good at 20 mountain resorts in Colorado, including Steamboat, which just wrapped up a three-year remodel of its base area, and Telluride, tucked in a picturesque box canyon and my pick for prettiest ski area in the state. In between are hidden gems like Monarch Mountain, Powderhorn, and Sunlight Mountain, which hosts an all-women’s ski day highlighted by a naked ski lap in April. (Look for me there!)
